2. Services Provided
Gardeners Hatch End offers a variety of gardening services including, but not limited to, lawn maintenance, plant care, landscaping, and garden design. All services are performed by qualified professionals aiming to meet the highest standards of quality.
2.1 Service Agreement
Upon agreement, the Company will provide the Client with a detailed service plan outlining the tasks to be performed, schedule, and pricing. Any additional services requested by the Client may incur extra charges.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Late payments may result in the suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide access to the property and ensure that the work area is safe and free from obstructions. The Client is responsible for informing the Company of any specific requirements or restrictions related to the property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gardeners Hatch End strives to perform services to the best of its ability. However, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardeners Hatch End operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
8. Amendments
Gardeners Hatch End reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Gardeners Hatch End is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
10. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.
11. Severability

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Gardeners Hatch End regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
